And they assume c!Dream must've done something evil and show up to demand c!Tommy be returned expecting a fight and c!Dream is just like "oh thank GOD please take him I never wanted this."

Probably not actually, but emotionally that's what he's like so he sends c!Tommy back to """"spy""" on L'Manberg, cue Drunz getting some breathing space and c!Tommy getting up to looney tunes shit doing his spying in L'Manberg and so obviously a traitor that everything thinks he's just doing a bit.

Very important to note that c!Tommy got his own Dream Mask (Vault did the little design with the X eyes), which he made himself, and he keeps it on the entire time he's being a """spy""".

If it's c!Tubbo he learns about the revive book way earlier on and instantly he's like "oh I know a perfect subject for experimenting I can totally lure c!Ranboo into a trap and then we could use him. It's perfect because he won't remember!"

c!Dream is both impressed by the ruthlessness and also stuck in a corner now because has to explain the c!Ranboo is actually also on their side. Which makes it very awkward when c!Tubbo meets c!Ranboo as a c!Dream ally later on.

King george I never moved on from you,,,,,, and he also never moved on from his kingship, I didn't get to add something because of the image limit but in a introduction to a new character much much later in the lore, the wiki says he introduced himself as "the king of the dsmp still" like GIRLLLL, and that days after the dethronement he was asked about his feelings on it and he said he didn't care about it...... so what's the truth.... ☹️

Is this why on his last lore stream where he dreams about meeting dream post prison and being confronted about never visiting him and george saying he didn't know he could've asked was because Sam threatened him??

That whole stream where tubbo, ranboo, foolish and george were gambling with XD for items could be seen as not canon lore but think about how funny it would be, like so many streams XD is in are so random (mainly because dream wanted to goof around the server without pulling his mc character out of pandora but shhh) they all could be taken as dreams from c!george or other characters like c!foolish

C!DNF couple goals being both stuck in prisons (c!dream in pandora, and c!george in a bedrock box). also the dethronement already happened by this point but dreamXD proclaming c!george the king of chaos is making me cry so much, what's up with cc!dream giving george the king title again..... idk im gonna overthink this a lot

"It was given to George by Dream himself and was George's only highly valuable item." let's take a second to process this- c!george's most valuable item was a non enchanted shield that c!dream gave him, in the image it doesn't show but the shield had the blue brick pattern because it represented the obsidian wall c!dream built around new l'manburg after c!george's house was vandalized. AND IT'S HIS MOST PRECIOUS ITEM HELLOOOOOOOOO, it was the only thing he had left of c!dream and it was his most valuable item over his weapons, beckerson and the netherite armor XD gave him...... ok.

This one is really interesting because the relationship tab is not really accurate with the descriptions lenghts so i find really interesting how they made c!dream's description the longest one while c!sapnap's description was like 2 lines long 😭😭

Ok but this description is so sad, "They stuck by each other's side. [...] But as time flew by, they seemed to get more distant." I don't agree that the dethronement was "spontaneous" because c!dream did say that he did it because he cared about c!george and he didn't want him to keep losing his stuff to assasination attempts and because of the danger of being associated to c!dream... plus the other reasons of c!george not staying neutral to the dsmp faction.

It haunts me that they never got to talk to each other once c!dream got in pandora and their relationship was left like that in "bad terms" because of the dethronement but the way they both thought about each other with c!dream wanting gnf to visit him and talk, and c!george dreaming about dream leaving the prison and being a team together again..... idk c!dnf my doomed yaoi..........

Also cgeorge seeing XD as a stand-in for cdream is the funniest thing he misses him so much he dreamt god looks and sounds like his ex imghjhdkjfhdkfhkghk

HI HELLO THERE!! I'm thinking I do this post first about getting to know the different Spider-people that I introduced in my last post before we continue with the discduo center story one, so in that way I can give myself and my readers context about their stories and abilities!! Anyways ONTO THE RAMBLE!!

(Part 1/2)

Spider-Man Tubbo "Web Boom" (Earth 2312003)

Tubbo is a 19 year old boy that lives in New York with his aunt Puffy (his parents died on a fire accident, so Puffy took care of him when he was very little). He also has an uncle who he usually visits, his uncle has an alcoholic problem, and he's not exactly a good guy, but Tubbo knows deep down he has a good heart, he just doesn't show it (but he doesn't know that his uncle is actually an enemy of his)

Tubbo was bitten by a radioactive spider when he infiltrated Alchemax's building to get to see up close some scientific projects that he couldn't get to see properly when he went on a tour for school (he's a tech genius, so he really wanted to see the projects, and it was easy to hack into the system). Puffy knew about his secret about a week when Spider-Man appeared, she knows him very well and when he asked him about it (about 2 months later, to give him time), Tubbo couldn't lie to her because: 1.- He doesn't know how to lie and 2.- He didn't want to keep secrets from her.

His special power is that he's able to manifest two big stings on his wrists (kinda like Miguel, but imagine them coming out like how Wolverine does, but only has one instead of three, and it comes out of the wrist instead of the knuckles). He's able to inject a venom that paralyzes them completely, kinda like if they were frozened and can't move a muscle, this venom has an effect of 1 hour, but he's working on making it take more time to dissapear. He also created some mini bombs that contain lots of webs in them to capture easily enemies (hence why the name "Boom")

This hasn't happened yet, but he will lose Jschlatt when he discovers that his nephew is Spider-Man and Techno kills him (Jschlatt is The Prowler here) (yes I'm incorporating your idea @veyette because I really loved it a lot!!/pos)

Other villains he has: Techno as Kingpin, Dream as The Green Goblin, Niki as Doc Oc, Ranboo as the Lizard, BBH as Carnage.

As you can see, almost every villain he has are the same Spider-People that ended up in his universe (yes I made that half intentional because as I said, I make this up as I write it in the moment lol)

Spider-Man BadBoyHalo "Demon Spider" (Earth 020495)

Bad is a 28 year old man that lives in New York with his partner Skeppy (they're in a queer platonic relationship). They both work at a bakery that they opened themselves, it's a small shop, but they get enough money to live comfortably.

Bad was bitten by a radioactive spider when he visited Alchemax's building because Sapnap, a good friend of his he has known for years and basically considers like a son, invited him for a science exposition that another friend of them was part of, George (they meet after a bit of knowing Sapnap). He told Skeppy he was Spider-Man after a month of patrol.

His special power is that he's able to have 2 pairs of extra arms with claws, have another pair of eyes, and have chelicerae (basically like that one episode of Ultimate Spider-Man where he got poisoned and turned into a savage Man-Spider lol), because of this, he has the title of "demon" (it also contributes this because of the black and red clothing he uses-not Miles suit btw haha-). He only uses this power in extreme cases of emergency, since in this state he can get really agressive and almost losing his sanity and humanity.

He lost Skeppy during a fight with Doc Oc (in this universe George is Doc Oc. Just like in the second movie of Tobey Maguire, in another experiment George did, he lost control of the tenticles and his mind became clouded and corrupted -but not to the point of insanity like Green Goblin is-he killed Skeppy when he collapsed a building)

Other villains he has: Jack Manifold as Electro, Quackity as Kingpin, Slimecicle as Venom, Fundy as Kraven the Hunter, etc.

Spider-Man Ranboo "Arachnid Shadow" (Earth 0211003)

I'm gonna use they/them for Ranboo just to clarify/lh

Ranboo is 19 years old and lives in New York with their friends Tommy and Tubbo (they've known each other since kinder-garden and have a great friendship together)

Ranboo was bitten by a radioactive spider when they visited an old warehouse where they would film some scenes for a project for school they were doing (this would be Generation Loss, but more of a format of a movie than a live-stream). They were visiting the building with other best friends like Aimsey, Freddie and Billzo, since they wanted to tag along. The warehouse was located near an Alchemax building. They only told Tubbo about their secret since Tubbo helped them cure some nasty injuries when he found them in an alleway bleeding without their mask.

Their special power is that their able to manipulate the darkness and shadows. This means that their able to create darkness when they need it, form shadow people for a short period of time, and in extreme cases, teleport through the shadows (they still don't know how to handle well this power, and when they teleport, it makes them faint and bleed from their nose for a bit, so they don't teleport unless is an emergency). Imagine like Whisp from "Monster-High 13 wishes", to give somewhat of an idea haha.

He lost Tubbo while fighting Venom (in their universe, Exdee is Venom). Coming from a meteorite that fell on Earth, he escaped from there and while Ranboo was patrolling, he attached himself to them. Ranboo spend almost a month with the symbiote, he started acting agressive, rude, and even started to sleepwalk when he went to sleep (this would be the enderwalk). When they finally realized what was happening to them, they asked help from Tubbo to get rid of the parasite. While doing this, the symbiote got angry at Ranboo and attached himself to Tubbo, causing the two of them to fight. In a fire that was produced by the chaos of the fight, some fireworks from a near store got activated and went straight to Tubbo. The symbiote got too weak and escaped while he still could, leaving without healing Tubbo, who got too injured by the explosions that he sadly passed away.

Other villains he has: Wilbur as the Green Goblin, AntFrost as Kraven The Hunter, Purpled as Mister Negative, etc.

AND THAT'S IT FOR THIS PART!! I'm really having a lot of fun cming up with the backstories and the lore of this AU hehe, it's also difficult thinking who fits best as villains for different universes haha. Anyways hopefully tomorrow I finish introducing the rest of the Spider-people so I can continue with the discduo main one. Let me know your thoughts, opinions and ideas of this :D!!

What Would You Trade the Pain For

otherwise known as I stopped writing DSMP fanfiction about a year ago and still had a beloved dbh inspired au plotted out and saw other people posting their fics they wont ever finish as little tumblr posts so i decided to do it too. i hope yall enjoy word count: 825 words tw for character death

Tommy and Wilbur are Phil's kids.

Wilbur dies and Phil creates robots out of grief after Wilbur's death.

Tommy leaves home after Phil starts to create the robots and pretty much never interacts with Phil.

A few years pass and Tommy become friends with Ranboo and Tubbo

For his birthday Ranboo and Tubbo get Tommy a gift.

Tommy groaned at the banging on his front door. He had wanted to spend his birthday sleeping in and lounging around the house but clearly the world had other plans. Tommy rolled himself and started to make his way to the front door of his apartment. With a groan Tommy swung open his front door. “Morning, Bossman.” Tubbo chimed as soon as the door was open. “Happy birthday, Tommy.” Ranboo whispered, holding out a white cake with ‘Happy Birthday’ written on in in red icing.  “You both are lucky that I enjoy your baking Ranboo.” Tommy replied, moving out of the doorway to let the other two enter the apartment.  “You don’t mean that.” Tubbo replied, as he tugged in a large box that Tommy had not noticed before. “What the fuck is that?” Tommy asked guesturing to the box. “A gift. Have you never gotten a gift, bossman?” Tubbo  asked, as he set the large box next to Tommy’s couch as if it was an end table. “Of couse, I’ve gotten a gift before.” Tommy replied crossing his arms. While it was true that he had gotten a gift before but it had been years since then. Tommy hadn’t gotten a gift from someone else in a few years now. The last gift he had gotten was the birthday before his brother died and not too long after the birthday that his brother died Tommy had left home for the last time. 

Tommy opens the gift and it is a W1lbur unit and Tommy pretends to be thankful for the gift but is actually upset about seeing his dead brothers face on a robot that his dad made.

A week passes

Tubbo returns to Tommy's apartment and sees that Tommy is just using the unopened box as a side table.

They have an argument about how Tommy doesn’t like the gift.

Tubbo asks Tommy how does he know he doesn't like it if he hasn't opened it.

A few days pass

Tubbo comes back and bugs Tommy again about the robot and Tommy finally caves and asks Tubbo if he opens the box if Tubbo will stop bugging him.

Tubbo agrees.

Tommy sets up the W1lbur unit.

Later

W1bur and Tommy bonding sequence.

W1lbur trying to get Tommy to properly take care of himself.

Tommy gets sick and W1lbur takes care of him and makes him the same soup that Wilbur used to make when he was sick.

W1lbur slowly becoming more like Wilbur.

Tommy ends up nicknameing W1lbur Ghostbur.

More Tommy and W1lbur bonding.

Tommy and W1lbur walking somewhere at night and someone tries to mug them and W1lbur gets stabbed. 

“You are okay, Tommy.”  “No, I’m not.” “You are okay. I need to power down to save my files but you are okay and I love you.”

Which mirrors when Wilbur died:

“It’s okay, Tommy.” “No it’s not, you’ve been stabbed.” “It’s okay. You’re going to be fine. I love you”

Tommy calls the cops for help.

Cops saying they can look into property damaged but there isn't much else they can do.

Tommy saying fuck it and taking W1lbur home and tries to figure out how to save him.

Tommy decides his only option is to go see his dad because surely the one who created the robots can fix them.

Tommy goes to Phil's 

Techno opens the door of Phil's house and tells Tommy they can't fix any broken robots that some kid brings to them and tells Tommy to just buy a new one.

Tommy won't leave and ends up saying that he is Phil's kid and shows his ID.

Techno lets Phil know that Tommy is back and Phil asks Tommy why and Tommy begs Phil to fix W1lbur.

Phil tells Tommy that he can give him a new one.

Tommy tells Phil that it wouldn't be the same and that this one had learned things that it shouldn't have been able to and a new one wouldn't be able to do that.

Phil decides to try and fix W1lbur but tells Tommy that he can't promise that he can fix them.

Tommy ends up having to stay there and finds out his old room is still in a destroyed state like he had left it.

Tommy ends up having to sleep in Wilbur's similarly untouched room.

Somehow W1lbur is fixed and they all bond again and get back to being a family.

Maybe Phil and Tommy bond over fixing Tommy's room and Phil apologizes for not being there for Tommy after Wilbur's death.

New Fic Alert!!!!!!

ignite the light by monsterloot on ao3 follows a sharp-witted, socially awkward Technoblade as he gets pulled into staying just one more night in Manberg, a town meant only to be a small pitstop in his journey.

I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's full of little witticisms, all of which serve to (1) delight and entertain, (2) establish character, and (3) set up worldbuilding. ignite the light would be worth the read for its execution of any one of these, but instead it chooses to deliver on all of them.

It's also an excellent fic for scamming and fast talking, which???? Surprisingly I don't see a lot of in the fandom, considering the source material. But here there are just.. so many scams. It's incredible.

Going along with that, the dialogue is a delight! I attribute this largely to the characterization being on point-everyone has passed the vibe check so far!! Despite involving a good amount of SBI interactions, the story neatly sidesteps common pitfalls of fanon. How? Probably black magic, I have no idea.

The worldbuilding is just. Hilarious. Outrageous and understated. Lots of minecraft mechanics and casual confirmation of things like Wilbur's part-fridge heritage (Techno is as confused as you are). It leans into the dsmp rule of what would be funniest but then provides good structure for the resulting chaos.

Also?????? It only has 15 kudos???? It's very well written, but hasn't gotten much attention. If you're at all interested, maybe give it chance! Give it some love!

can't wait for dream and Michael to be found in the convict childcare au and they have to deal with the fact that Michael is very attached to their very fucked up admin who has killed children before. how the hell do you respond to that man

Well, so c!Dream and Michael are found by the syndicate at separate times. Basically, Dream gets the fuck out and his first order of business is getting as far away from the main SMP as possible. He finds a safe bastion, gets them to take in Michael, and leaves. Not just the bastion, but also the nether to prevent anyone else searching for him from finding the bastion.

There's a lot of stuff that happens in the middle, but eventually after finding Dream, explaining and being given directions, c!Tubbo and c!Techno show up at the bastion to get Michael. And...

Michael doesn't recognize Tubbo anymore. Not really. He has, at best, some faint recollections of him. Tubbo and Ranboo were only his family for a year at most, and Michael has spent at least 6 months away from the both of them at this point. That's a huge amount of time for a toddler. Hell, Tubbo barely recognize Michael between the healing that XD did and the fact Michael got taller.

Hell, Michael actually almost refuses to go with Tubbo, because Dream had told him to stay at the bastion. It's only because Techno thought ahead and brought a piece of Dream's clothing (to prove to the bastion that they were sent by him) that Michael is willing to follow them. When they rejoin the others (including Dream whose being helped by c!Phil and c!Niki b/c he's really Having A Bad Time), Michael goes straight back to Dream's side and doesn't want to leave. Despite Dream directly trying to push him back towards Tubbo.

It's rough for everyone involved, but as much as Tubbo has very complicated feelings around Dream, he's not... upset? Angry? Blaming? Towards him. First and foremost is just that Dream is in such a bad state physically that it's hard to view him as a threat. It's also been around two years since the "final" confrontation, and Tubbo's had a lot of time to cool off and reflect on the stuff that happened.

I think the thing, more than anything else, that shapes Tubbo's opinion of the situation is that Michael isn't underweight. Not even a bit. The kid's gotten taller, but he's still plump like a toddler should be. Tubbo can physically feel Michael's weight in his arms as he carries him, and it's a stark contrast to Dream whose clearly severely malnutritioned.

Tubbo might have serious issues with Dream, but ultimately he's able to notice and acknowledge that Dream managed to keep Michael alive and relatively well taken care of for months despite the horrible circumstances he was under. He's able to feel confident that Dream isn't going to suddenly hurt Michael, and that helps a lot moving forward. The easy relationship between Techno and Dream helps a lot too. Plus the fact that they were going to need Dream to revive Ranboo anyways (although it's a little while before that happens on account of Dream's poor physical state), it all just sorta... works out? Sort of?

The bigger emotional issue for Tubbo is the fact that Techno (and by extension the syndicate) are sheltering Dream at the very least until he's recovered, which is looking like a several month long process given the level of damage. This is good for Michael because it allows for him to readjust to Tubbo and later Ranboo as his parents, while still having Dream present to help out. It's absolute hell on Tubbo because it's the straw that breaks his already very fragile relationship with c!Tommy. Tubbo is choosing to help shelter Dream, something that the rest of the server is aware of but doesn't really understand. There are physical conflicts over it, and Tubbo stands quite loyally with the syndicate both based on his own moral belief that what Sam did was abhorrent and because of what Dream did for Michael. It's rough emotionally.

Also, like, the surrealism of trying to coparent with the guy who you have fought wars against, whose absolutely not qualified to be a parent but had literally no say in the matter, and whose struggling through a lot of pretty severe mental issues including ones directly related to the child you're coparenting is... a lot. Michael is still dependent on Dream for quite awhile after breaking out, and after his experiences with Sam it takes a lot longer for him to warm up to the other adults. Meanwhile, Dream still is not in any condition to raise a child, but has a lot of ingrained protective instincts towards Michael that he's now got to stifle since he's no longer under Sam's control.

The ‘fun’ of Haunted Houses

Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo go through some haunted houses but Tubbo leaves still a lil bit shaken so Tommy and the Ranman help him calm down and enjoy the rest of the night together.

Ranboo was sitting on the sofa looking through some theme parks so Bench trio could have some fun this Spooky month.

“Hey Tommy! Tubbo! C’mere I wanna show you guys something!”

The two boys walk in, “what is it Boo?”

“Would you guys like to go to a theme park and check out some rides and haunted houses with me?”

Tommy and Tubbo stare at each other having a silent conversation before agreeing to go.

“Awesome! Ok we can leave in an hour or so if you guys want?” “Yea, that’s fine.”

…

An hour or so later, they arrived at the theme park. The trio decided to look around first since they had gotten there a bit early before performers were released. They looked through some gift shops, getting stuff for eachother and their other friends some souvenirs.

Once all of them were done looking they decided to go on a few rides and then maybe get a bite to eat.

The first few roller coasters were awesome! They went on a roller coaster with big drops, some had loop-de-loops, it was great! Except for a certain coaster that turns you upside down, Ranboo noped out on that one.

Once the clock hit 7 PM, the performers were let out.

This is where Tubbo started to panic.

Tubbo wasn’t too fond of scariness. So this wasn’t the best experience for him.

People were walking around with really detailed gore makeup, people who were zombies, creepy looking doll people, everything! And all of them were giving him a bad feeling.

While the three were walking back from a gift shop, a performer popped out of nowhere in front of Tubbo causing him to yell.

“AHH!!” He screamed, jumping back into Ranboo and Tommy. “Fucking hell man! Where the fuck did he come from?!”

“Are you ok Tubbo? You reacted pretty violent?”

“Yea Tubs, we can go back home if you’d like?” The two tall teens responded.

“Uhm, yeah, I wanna go back home” “Ok. Come on Tubs, let’s go home.”

His breathing picked up while they walked and felt two hands on his back soothing him. Tubbo hugged himself onto Tommy and Ranboo and they happily accepted the hug back, using themselves as shields for their Bee Boy.

…

Once they got home safely, after the many failed attempts at trying to scare Tubbo while leaving the theme park, Tommy sat Tubbo down on the sofa after giving him a piggyback ride half way on the way home.

“Stay here, I’ll go make us some Hot Chocolate, ok?” And he walks away into the kitchen while Ranboo is gathering all the blankets and pillows they could find to create a pillow fort on their sofa and Tubbo can choose what movie they were going to watch for that night.

Ranboo started creating a sort of canopy that was looking pretty well and Tubbo was putting on “Oliver and Company”. Tommy walks in a few minutes later with three mugs of Hot Chocolate, Tubbo’s having extra marshmallows, as he hands them out.

“So what did you choose Tubs?” “Oliver and Company” “Oh alright, I wanna see Billy Joel sing as a dog”

About almost half away through the movie, Tubbo was still a little uneasy and didn’t go unseen by both his best friends.

“Hey Tubbo?” “Yea bossman?” “Well, you still seem a little uneasy and we were wondering if you’d like a distraction?”

Tubbo froze and his face turned a light pink.

“You don’t have to if you don’t want it! We were just wanting to make you feel better after today.” The tall blonde quickly reassured.

“Umm, no it’s fine Toms, I don’t mind it”

The two tall teenagers sat on both sides of Tubbo and got in a position where all three of them were cuddling each other.

The movie continued playing in the background when he starts feeling a soft motion on his sides.

“This ok Tubs?” “Y-yeah, i-ihihits ahalrihihight”

The movie is slowly drowned out by Tubbo’s quite giggling. Ranboo calmly raises his hand onto Tubbo’s tummy and starts to lightly trace and pinch.

“R-rahanbohohoo! th-thahahat tihihihckles!” “Sorry bud, gotta make sure all the scariness is gone”

Tommy took this as an invitation to tuck his face into the older’s neck, letting his soft hair flutter while blowing small raspberries.

“HehehEY! Tohohohoms! quihihihiht ihihit!“ “but-you’re-so-adorable!” The blonde responds, blowing a raspberry after every word.

Tubbo all of a sudden shrieks causing Tommy to stop for a second before realizing what happened. “NOHOHOOHOHOHO! RAHAHAHANBOHOHOHO NOHOHOHOT THEHEHEHERE!” Ranboo had leaned down to lightly nibble on bee boys tummy.

“Alright Boo, slow down a bit there. We don’t want to deal with a dead bee boi on our hands” Both Ranboo and Tommy slow down to stop, seeing as Tubbo’s laughter was becoming slightly strained.

After Tubbo’s giggle fit, he starts to sleepily cling to both his bestfriends and relished in their comfort.

“Do you want us to continue Tubs? Or do you just wanna cuddle?” Tubbo was to tired and comfy to think but shyly hid his face in his blanket and responds. “C-can wehe do both?” “Of course!” The dirty blond happily responds.

The three readjust themselves, making sure they are all comfortable, as Tommy grabs Tubbo’s hands and starts tracing shapes while Ranboo does the same to his tummy.

“Goodnight Toby, we love you” is the last thing he hears as he drifted off into sleep, wondering where he would be with these two knuckleheads.

The next morning, he awakens to the sun shining in his face, blinding him slightly but once he looks to his left and right, a smile is brought back to his face as he sees Tommy and Ranboo cuddled up on his sides snoring quietly.

You knew that when you woke up this morning you were sick, everything from the splitting headache to the nauseous feelings were evident of your claim. Being sick wouldn’t work for you though, you needed to film a vlog with your friends and if you were sick you’d either have to reschedule or miss it entirely, both of which you didn’t want to let happen.

“Fuck, I gotta start getting dressed.” You had allowed yourself to lay in bed for a few extra minutes in hope that the sick feelings would pass, but they didn’t. You were adamant about partaking in the vlog though so with slow moves you sat up, taking a moment to rest before standing up and moving to your clothes.

“(Y/n)! Glad to see you awake! You were so quiet in there we thought you might have died!”

“Heh, yeah almost felt like it.” Tubbo was the first to greet you, you having been the last one to join the group it was only right for him to greet you first. Ranboo was still half asleep and Tommy was finishing off the last few bites of his breakfast.

“You alright there Ranboo, you look a little tired?”

“I am tired, it’s too early to be awake. You ok though, you look a little pale?” All eyes fully turned to you at that, and Ranboo was right, you were paler than normal.

“Ah, it’s probably from how much time I’ve been spending inside. A little fresh air and sunshine should have me back to normal.” You knew that being inside wasn’t the reason you were pale but you couldn’t just tell the trio you were sick, they would’ve made you go back to bed and rest.

“Are you guys ready? I’d like to get this show on the road!” The three boys all responded with variations of yes, gathering themselves up and heading outside with you.

The day was warm and bright, perfect for the group vlog, though the good weather did nothing to make you feel better. If you’re being honest, being up and walking around in the sun all day had only made you feel worse.

“Hey (Y/n), you ok, you don’t look so good?” It was Tommy who had brought up your worsening condition, placing his hand worryingly on your shoulder.

“Yeah I- I just gotta sit for a second.” You tried to dismiss their worrying, muttering about how it’s nothing and you’re ok. They weren’t letting you dismiss them though, instead, they all moved to sit beside you, checking you over and making sure you were ok.

“Here, drink this.” Ranboo had passed you a water bottle from the bag he was carrying, opening it and holding it up for you. Tubbo had taken the items from your hands and held them so you could drink from the water and Tommy made a call to his mom.

“Hey mom, are you busy?” Tommy stepped away to chat with his mom about picking you all up while Ranboo and Tubbo sat with you.

“(Y/n), you should’ve said something earlier if you weren’t feeling well.”

“I, I didn’t want to ruin the vlog. I know the fans have been waiting for so long and I would’ve felt so bad if they had to wait even longer because of me.”

“Who cares what the fans think, your health is more important. You could’ve gotten hurt today, that was so reckless of you. I understand why you did it but you gotta take care of yourself, your health is more important than our fans.”

“As much as I appreciate the two of you, I do not appreciate the lecture. Is there any way we could save it for later, when I’m feeling better?”

“Fine, but only because I’m 99% sure you aren’t listening right now anyways.” It was by now that Tommy had rejoined the group, letting you all know that his mom was on her way to pick you all up and that she would be here soon.

“You didn’t have to call her, I could’ve made the walk back just fine.”

“Nope, and you’re gonna sit right there until she gets here. You’ve overworked yourself enough, from now on you will be doing nothing but resting and taking it easy until you are feeling your best!”

“You guys really don’t have to do this, I’m good enough to finish the vlog. We still have a few minutes till Tommy’s mom gets here.”

“Nope, you are gonna keep sitting there, and we’ll save the vlog for a different day.”

“But the fans are expecting a vlog.”

“We’ll just do a stream or something and let them know you aren’t feeling well so it’s gonna be delayed. They’ll understand.”

“And if they don’t then we’ll kill them.”

“Ranboo no.”

FUCK angst i am giving you all my fluffy little c!beefamily headcanons bc it is c!beeduo’s anniversary and they deserve nothing but happiness:

• c!tubbo works outside in the cold a lot and because of that, his hands tend to be very cold when he gets inside. every single time without fail, he goes up to c!ranboo and goes “hey check how cold my hands are” and just puts his cold ass hands right on his back and c!ranboo never realizes quick enough

• i’ve already made a post about this but i have my little headcanon of the fact that c!ranboo is a ballet dancer. like, he doesn’t even remember where he learned it but he just Knows. he does his little balencés and pas de bourées around the kitchen while humming to himself and once he accidentally did a perfect pas de chat when he got spooked and the person who did it just Stared At Him.

• branching off of that one, c!tubbo also likes humming to himself and swaying and so michael sways and hums out of habit bc his dads both do

• when michael becomes a teenager he just ends up being this Really Obscure Mix between emo in denial and cottagecore manic pixie dream girl

• i’ve seen other people have this headcanon but i love it so much i need to share it so: HEAD BONKS!!! BECAUSE OF THEIR LITTLE HORNS!!!! THEY BONK EACH OTHER TO SHOW AFFECTION!!!!! I AM IN LOVE W THE LIL BONKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• c!tubbo hand-makes all of michael’s toys bc it gives him something to do that he knows will make someone happy and also be enjoyable for him bc it helps take his mind off things

Hey guys! It's like 3am, but I've been working on Once Upon a December for a while. I don't have any new chapters...

But what I do have is a deleted scene from the last chapter 👀

It's basically just an alternate version of the borrowers' first meeting with the humans. I wasn't completely happy with it, and ended up scrapping that version, but I still have it :)

It starts basically just after Techno sees benchtrio after Ranboo stumbles into the glue trap!

Then he turned, and yelled loud enough that all three of the borrowers winced. 

“Phil!” he called. “Phil!”

A couple of seconds later, there was a sound of a door, then hurried footsteps. Instead of Phil, Wilbur popped his head into the kitchen. 

“Tech?” he asked, sounding groggy but worried. “Are you ok? Why are you calling for dad?” 

Techno pointed at them. Ranboo was shaking again as Wilbur followed his finger, eyes going wide when he saw them. His eyes darted back and forth, and his mouth was wide with shock. He took several steps forward, quickly getting far closer than Techno had. 

Ranboo whimpered, hearing a similar sound from both his friends. Tommy leaped even farther forward, waving the needle around like a mad man. Wilbur jerked back slightly, but was still terrifyingly close. 

“You stay back too, fucker! Bastard, dickhead!” Tommy spewed. “I’ll kill you!” 

“Techno? Wilbur? What’s going on?” 

The third human had shown up. Ranboo hadn’t even heard him come in. He didn’t even need one of the others to show him, he saw them instantly, blue eyes locking onto them like a target. 

“What the fuck?” Phil said, sounding a little winded. 

“Th-they’re so small,” Wilbur blurted. His eyes shifted slightly, and suddenly he was looking directly into Ranboo’s eyes. Ranboo was paralyzed with fear, unable to look away until Wilbur looked back towards the other humans. He squeezed his eyes shut, and hunched his shoulders, trying not to cry more than he already had. 

“They’re- one is stuck,” said Wilbur, “in a glue trap. Phil, what the hell? Why’d you get a glue trap?” 

A wave of dread washed over Ranboo. Trap… had they… had they set this up to trap one of them? Had they known the borrowers were there? He felt another stab of panic. If so, they’d succeeded… at least partially. Ranboo was caught, but Tubbo and Tommy could get out of this. 

“Run,” he whispered to Tubbo, who immediately shook his head. “Please.” 

“Not leaving you,” Tubbo said firmly, though his voice was shaking as much as he was. He stepped a little closer. 

“What do you mean ‘why’d I get a glue trap,’ they were the only ones! What’s wrong with glue traps?” Phil said, sounding baffled. 

“What’s wrong with- have you ever even googled moustraps before, Dad?” 

“Mousetraps…” Techno muttered, sounding slightly dazed. “They definitely aren’t mice.” 

“I thought they just stuck and you could release them outside!” Phil said. “They’re no-kill traps, right?” 

The two humans kept arguing, and Tommy slowly backed up. When he was right in front of them he whispered, “Can you drag the thing he’s on, Tubs?” 

“No, it’s too heavy,” Tubbo replied in the same volume. 

“You have to leave me,” Ranboo told them in a shaky voice. “Even if you could get me off of this thing, I twisted my ankle. I can’t walk.” 

“No!” “Never!” the two hissed at the same time. 

“Please, at least one of you should run, please,” Ranboo begged. His eyes burned and he felt nauseous. He couldn’t be the cause of their deaths. Anything but that. 

“Tubbo, you should go,” Tommy said instantly. 

“Fuck no,” Tubbo growled. “You should. You’re the better climber, you have the best chance of escape.” 

Movement from past them caught Ranboo’s eye. He gasped as Techno slowly moved closer to them. He met Ranboo’s gaze slightly, and the borrower flinched. 

“Guys?” he said, and suddenly Techno was right there, looming over them. His shadow completely covered them, and Ranboo was terrified he would reach out and crush them in a single hand. 

His arms moved, and they all flinched, Tommy holding up the needle defensively. He didn’t reach out to grab or kill them though, simply raising his hands palms outwards like a gesture of surrender. 

“Uh, it’s ok?” he said, sounding unsure. Phil and Wilbur had stopped arguing, and were watching them with open curiosity. Having three sets of human eyes on him was terrible and Ranboo shuddered. 

“Do you… need help?” Techno asked, gaze flicking to where Ranboo was stuck. His hand shifted slightly, as if he were about to reach out. Ranboo inhaled sharply, trying again to jerk away but failing. Tommy lunged, slashing the needle towards the human’s hand. Techno was out of reach, but he pulled his hand back anyways. 

“Don’t you fucking touch him,” Tommy snarled. Tubbo’s lips curled, and he bared his teeth at the humans, moving forward to put more of himself between the giants in front of them and Ranboo. 

“Ok, let’s all just calm down,” Phil said in a voice Ranboo might have found soothing if not for the source. The older human reached out, tugging Techno back slightly. Ranboo couldn’t bring himself to feel relieved that the pink-haired human wasn’t looming over them anymore while still pinned by the gaze of all three of them. 

“Nobody’s going to hurt you. We just want to help,” Phil promised. But it was a promise the borrowers couldn’t believe, one they couldn’t keep. Even if they truly meant no harm- and how could they when they’d set up such a trap?- the humans could hurt them so easily, purposefully or otherwise. 

“I think we got off on the wrong foot,” said Wilbur. He’d backed off some, but he stepped a little closer now, keeping his hands up and away from them. “I’m Wilbur. That’s my dad, Phil, and my brother, Techno.” 

They stayed silent, none of them making any moves to offer their own names. The silence stretched a little awkwardly, then Techno leaned towards his twin. 

“They probably already know our names,” Techno muttered. Ranboo felt a jolt of panic. “You’ve been living in the vents, right?” 

There was a damning silence. Ranboo exchanged panicked looks with his friends. From everything he’d heard, humans were territorial, very protective of their homes. Even borrowers would kill invading pests, driving out the ants and termites with weapons and fire. To the humans… the borrowers were the pests. If the humans knew they’d been secretly living in their house… 

“We’ll leave,” Tubbo said quickly. “You’ll never see us again, just let us go.” 

The humans exchanged confused looks. Ranboo watched with bated breath as they processed that. 

“You’ll- You’re free to leave whenever you want, mate,” Phil said softly. “But your friend- brother?- he’s caught in the glue trap. And it doesn’t look like you plan on leaving him, yeah?” 

Dread curled in Ranboo’s stomach- he was right. He was caught. And, since he knew deep down that no matter how he begged neither of his friends would leave him behind, they were too. 

“You leave him the fuck alone,” Tommy snapped, his tail lashing with agitation. 

“Hold on, mate, I think you’re misunderstanding me,” Phil said, hands raising defensively. "

And that is where I gave up on this scene! I do miss a couple of things from this version, mainly just seeing a bit more interaction with the humans and Tommy and Tubbo. There was some in the final version, but Ranboo's a bit out of it during that.

All in all, I definitely prefer the final version. It hits a lot harder and just flows better, especially in the beginning where Phil and Wilbur show up.

Tommy stands next to him in the frame, significantly shorter, as he points a finger up and cheerfully replies "'Cause it's funny!" Tubbo, who's so short only the top of his head is showing, dully asks: "Can we get a divorce now."

The next panel is wider, as Tommy and Tubbo are shown to be walking away from the camera and towards the sunset while still holding hands, it's light illuminating them. Tommy skips and responds "Sure! After our poggers wedding, that is! Now let's go show off, Tubs." Tubbo, who seems a little less enthusiastic about this, says: "... I'm going to murder you in your sleep", to which Tommy's response is: "Now that's not a nice thing to say to your husband, now is it?" "Welcome to marriage," Tubbo says.

The next two images are pages of a comic set later, this one fully colored, not just shaded, everything being cast in a warm light.

The first pannel shows character Badboyhalo reading a passage as follows: "Do you, Tommy Careful Danger Kraken Innit, take Tubbo to be your wedded husband? Do you promise to love and to hold him, in sickness and in health, for better and for worse, for as long as you both live?" Tommy, who stands small next to him in frame, hums as he looks up in contemplation. In the next pannel, he is shown from the front as he looks down on someone, a smirk on his face as he responds: "Nah. Tubbo's kind of a little bitch."

The next panel mirrors the first one, only in reverse, with Tubbo standing next to Bad, and with Bad looking more hesitant now. He repeats the vow, and Tubbo's response in the next panel, as he holds a similarly smug look, is, "Not really. I'd never submit to being united in the holy matranomy with Tommy. I'd rather fucking die. Amen."

Third image starts, and Badboyhalo is framed inbetween the two. They're dressed fancily - Tommy in a rest vest over a blouse, his hair pulled back in a braid, while Tubbo in a dark vest over a moss green dress, and they're holding hands and smirking at each other, almost holding in laughter. Bad's wings and expression have sunk, looking bewildered and lost. In the next and final panel, he is leaning over to his right, where character Wilbur stands, and whispering, distressed, to the man "What am I supposed to do... in this situation?" Wilbur, who is looking just as lost in his appropriately dapper attire and inappropriately tacky red glasses, murmurs "I have no idea what's happening." End ID.]
